The short version: FlexCareers is a static website. We don't have user accounts. We don't collect resumes. We don't process job applications. Apply links route directly to the original employer.
What we collect
Like most websites, our hosting provider receives standard request metadata — IP address, browser user-agent, timestamp, referring page. This is used for aggregate analytics and to keep the site online. We do not link this data to any user identity.
Cookies
We do not set first-party tracking cookies. Third-party services we may embed (advertising, fonts, embedded video) may set their own cookies according to their policies. The advertising slots on this site are clearly labelled with a dashed border and the word "Advertisement."
If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use that information only to respond to you. We do not add you to a marketing list, and there is no FlexCareers newsletter at this time.
Job listings
Listings displayed on FlexCareers are sourced from public APIs and RSS feeds published by the employers themselves or by job boards licensed to redistribute them. We do not store applicant data because we do not accept applications — every "Apply" link points directly to the employer's hiring system.
Children's data
FlexCareers is intended for adults navigating their own employment. We do not knowingly collect any data from minors and the site is not designed for use by children.
Changes
If we materially change this policy we will update the date below and note the change here. The policy lives at /privacy/ on this site.
